(1) This is your name, the name you used when you signed up for your domain - last name first please.

(2) The exact name of your domain, NOT including www, but please DO include the extension - i.e., .com, .net, .nu, .cx, etc.

(3) Your Password - This is your DOMAIN Password - we need this to make sure you are entitled to establish POP3s under this domain.

(4) Requested POP3 Userid - This is the username portion of the email address - e.g., in this email address: johnb the userid is johnb

(5) 2nd Choice of Userid - Please understand, the userid you choose must be unique on the server - common names are often already reserved. Your second choice will be used if the first one is taken. If both are taken, the request will be returned for you to choose another userid.

(6) Requested POP3 Password: This should be 8 to 10 characters and should definitely NOT be a dictionary word - strings of letters alternating with numbers are best. Be aware also, this is UNIX - these passwords are all cAsE sEnSiTiVe!

(7) Requested POP3 Email Address: Please input the exact way you expect your requested email address to look - i.e., userid

(8) Request Number: Please indicate which number request this is for you - i.e., 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.

(9) Your Email: This your email address, where you want the info on this new POP3 box sent. PLEASE USE AN EXISTING VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, NOT THE ONE YOU ARE REQUESTING TO BE FORMED!!

(10) Your Server: This means the name of the server where your domain resides. If you are unsure which server you are on, simply use a telnet client to telnet into your account and the prompt will indicate the server name - virgin, princess, sabrina, lolita, vixen, etc., etc. You may also simply enter the following into the address line of your web browser: telnet://yourdomain.com The resulting prompt will indicate which server you are on. Please make sure this server info is correct - we will return incorrect requests, which must be resubmitted the following day!
