Viewing list of scheduled backups

To view the list of backups scheduled:

1. In the shortcuts area of the Home page, click Backup/Restore (Tools section).

2. On the Backup/Restore submenu, click Scheduled Backup.

The columns in this form are:

• Type - The type of backup scheduled

You can schedule:

• Site backup

• User backup

• Frequency - The regularity with which a backup is scheduled to run. The frequency can be daily, weekly or monthly.

• FTP Properties - The name of the FTP backup server

• Email - The mail address of the Site Administrator. Email notifications will be sent to this address.

• Action - Allows you to change backup scheduling information, or delete the backup schedule.
